This year's Holly & Ivy will also
showcase two wonderful private homes in the Historic Owl's Head Neighborhood (addresses will be shared on your event ticket).

Built in 1905, one of these private homes is a cornerstone of the historic Owl's Head Historic District and has been featured on the cover of "Midwest Living" magazine. The home features a carriage house, gable-roofed entrance porch, and a charming screen porch this is rumored to have once been a favorite local hangout of musician Louis Armstrong.

The second private home was built in 1907 and is one of two homes built in Owl's Head for the Thomas M. Langan Family, founders of the Langan Paper Company. The home was designed in the medieval rectilinear style and features a prominent front porch and high gables. It has been lovingly cared for and maintains many original features including a built-in bench and buffet.

To get you in the spirit of the season, live holiday music will be performed in the Common Room at Salisbury House throughout the event.

Santa will visit Salisbury House Saturday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm and Sunday 10:00 am - 2:30 pm.

Make Sure to Visit our Event Partners on the Tour!
